Spruce Up Europe is a series of short-documentaries and a network of young people using the space of old houses to create social and cultural projects. It was initiated by me, and Marine Leduc, a journalist from France.
The main idea began when both living in Bucharest in 2013, doing our EVS (European Volunteer Service). We started discovering and get interested in these places that from outside just seems a normal old house, but when entering, is easy to get positively surprised with what these people has to offer.
Our goal is to continue discovering and documenting these places in Europe.
Is a project that includes filmmaking, photography and writing articles.
